Spring Valley Apartments

I moved in about two weeks ago and so far its been an excellent experience. The apartment office staff have been amazing. Denise was very helpful and supportive throughout my application process. Rachel was really helpful with escalating the issues I reported to the maintenance team. And the maintenance team (Jamie and Chuck) came in within 48 hours to fix everything I reported. They were very efficient and professional. So far, it feels like home already. I love my apartment and the neighborhood. I look forward to a really happy time here at Spring Valley.

Drove to the office one day few weeks ago to check out the apartment and the office had a sign on the door saying they will be back in 10-15 minutes. Waited and nobody came back. Today, I went at 1:05pm to see if I can talk with the people in the office and they had a open sign, but the doors were locked. The sign and website mentioned the leasing office is open until 5pm on Saturdays. I called them and nobody picked up. If they are this unresponsible, guess how they treat their current residents.

The process from start to finish for moving in, being a resident, to now moving out (unfortunately due personal reasons) has been a fantastic experience. Even after I've moved out, their contact and my experience stays top notch. The leasing office and maintenance are always on top of their game and ready to resolve your issues. If you have any concerns, they take action to resolve. They truly make you feel welcomed. Erika and Denise are mainly who I've dealt with, but even so, the rest of the team is doing an amazing job with the management they are under. When I get the chance, I will be moving back if I am not already in a house. Thanks for everything Spring Valley team!

Hands down one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Office is very helpful and understanding and they respond to work orders in a timly manner.
