Be careful, Windemere may give you violations without any evidence of wrongdoing from your side. Their maintenance usually do temporary fixes to problems. No sidewalks in the area. Walls barely insulated sound at all.

Huge disappointmentI was harassed with unnecessary charges after I end the lease.
Do yourself a favour and get everything in WRITING.
Their head office doesnt honor anything that leasing office guys agreed to.
They even forged the move out notice document with WRONG dateCRAZY!!!
They will come after you with unnecessary charges and will harass you.
