Very poor service and excel at Lying. They have had our car since May. The insurance company paid them in full and they are still not done with our vehicle. We were told over a month ago it was going to be done. We called then they moved it out two weeks. We called again and they moved it out an additional two weeks. We called and were told last week that we would be able to get the car on Friday 7/28. It is now 8/2 and still no car, six weeks later than what was promised. Todays excuse was they they could not do the alignment on the vehicle because the tech was on vacation. We told them unacceptable and asked them to take the car another shop to have it done so that we could pick up the car today. They took it to the other shop. We called to let them know we were coming to pick up the car and it is still going to not be done now until tomorrow. If it was for us calling them continuously we would never get any updates and when you do they are all lies. Two people in our family work for two different OEMS and we would never recommend this shop to anyone. Think twice before choosing them.

My experience was horrible, do not bring your car here. I was in an auto accident (which is an upsetting enough experience) and my car was towed to Suburban Collision on Friday, 7/15. I called to ask if they were open on weekends so I could clean it out if it was totaled after the insurance adjuster came on Tuesday, 7/19 and was told they were only open M-F. The insurance adjuster came out on Tuesday, 7/19 to assess the damage and determined it was totaled so I took Friday, 7/22 off of work to come clean out my car. When I arrived on Friday I was told it was gone and already taken to the salvage yard! In less than a week, 4 working days, my car was gone without me having a chance to clean out my personal items, including the license plate which I needed for my insurance claim. I was told that this was not how they normally do business and I would hope not! Immediately releasing a vehicle before the owner has had a chance to come collect their things? Ridiculous. Thankfully (I say "thankfully" with very little relief given the chaos this caused) my car was available for me to go to at the salvage yard, 1 hour away, and clean out there. As an apology for the inconvenience and my drive time to the salvage yard and back I was told I would be mailed a gas card, which I have not received. So, my car can be released to a salvage yard within 4 business days but they cannot mail me a (what I expect to be small) gas card within 1 week? After their colossal error that never should have happened in the first place? Again, ridiculous. I will also be contacting my insurance company to let them know of this experience in the hopes they remove Suburban Collision as a qualified shop they do business with. This experience was awful. Do not bring your car here!

After my car accident on June 3, I took my 2019 Audi Q7 to Suburban Collision of Farmington because the Audi dealership referred me. I never received any update or a requested call back regarding the status of my repairs. On June 23, my insurance adjuster and I were told by Eric, "My guy broke down the truck, took a week's vacation and then quit right after and left them stuck with all the work he had." Eric originally took responsibility for the three week delay due to his guy quitting and agreed to pay my rental. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Eric informed my insurance adjuster and me in a very rude manner that he was not paying for my rental. The first call I ever received from Eric was that my vehicle had passed the final inspection and was ready for pick up. I get to the shop only to see obvious damage to my muffler. Eric tells me they didnt see it, so of course its still there for who knows how long. I will definitely see Surban Collision in court soon. This is by far the worst experience with a collision shop. The Absolute worse experience in trying to get my vehicle repaired. They lie, they lie, and they double down on their lies. The reps lie, and the supervisor of the reps all lied about even ordering the part for my vehicle. They named the Toyota dealership they ordered my part from, I had the parts department from that dealership on a conference call w/ them and they continued to lie, more and more. ( and then the rep & supervisor try and get angry, because you inquire about the status of your car and part, after they give you a huge run a round game w/ consistent lies about they will call you back and they've ordered the part). A Huge investigation needs to take place about what is really going on over there. After the call, the Toyota parts department calls me back, to say this Collision shop, just went online 3 minutes ago and ordered the part. ( I wonder, where they had actually intended on getting the part from, if they were not going to properly order it from the dealership). Also, please note, this is them correcting the work they performed on this vehicle from 2-3 months ago, and it was a whole song and dance and more lies w/ them then too. To Be Continued, I still have to receive the part and get it installed.....

I went in to receive an estimate and schedule an appointment to get some body damage repaired on my car. The person who estimated my car was Erik and he overall didnt seem very happy to be there and didnt seem to have great people skills. I received the estimate for a front end damage and then sent over an estimate from insurance for the back of end. I never heard anything back, I called one week later to inquire about when I could schedule an appointment to bring my car in to get repaired and was told that they hadnt even entered in my information or estimate to the system. Finally apparently they did and I called again and was informed they were going to order the parts and tell me when they were in. I asked for an estimate and was not given any answer. Heard nothing for another week and finally called wondering how long it would take for my parts to come in. It was then I was informed they needed money from the deductible before they could even ORDER the parts. I was never informed of this and was just sitting around thinking something was being done! Terrible service, lengthy and no communication, I am taking my business somewhere else and am n impressed with suburban collision. Service: Body & Trim
