I had the best car buying experience of my life. I had been looking for a few weeks and it was getting frustrating and stressful to say the least. I ended up on the Enterprise website filled out an application and was given a callback by Malik. Malik took such good care of me, he worked with me and between him and the amazing finance team, they made sure I was going to be driving an Enterprise car. I must say they really had to work hard because my credit is shoot, Im only 4 years out of a bankruptcy and I have another car loan hanging over my head. So you know they did the Big One for me. I had a pretty low down payment with a trade in I got an extended warranty, Gap, with tire and wheel protection and my note is less than $500. If youre looking for an amazing car buying experience and to be treated like a person not just a credit score, run dont walk to visit my personal Sr. Sales Consultant Malik Gill and the great team at Enterprise Car Sales.

I bought a 2019 GMC Yukon from this place to be exact 48 days ago and guess what my starter is going bad. Called them and asked for help and guess what again they said they couldnt help me cause it was past 30 days. Not to mention the truck was 30 grand and I just paid a note close to 700 bucks and 49 days later the starter is bad. The thing about this is that they rent these vehicles and people dog the hell out of the and soon after that they want to sell to people and not doing the up keep on them. Im not upset with them, Im upset with myself cause I should have known better. Morale to this story is that if you buy a vehicle from this place, please take the time and go get it checked out but a licensed mechanic and not just take their word.

This is my 2nd finance with Enterprise & I can say I have no complaints. Ashley was great, she explained everything to me & made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed. She has great customer service skills & a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure working with her. I definitely recommend Enterprise if you're looking for a nice vehicle.
