        Namon was very helpful with our phone plan! We had to switch back from an international plan to a more affordable one. He made the process seamless and was very efficient when working with 5-6 other customers at the same time. Very professional, and good sense of humor too.

        I would highly recommend this Verizon location. Nick, the manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable and had good control of customers as they came in. The other tech that assisted me (sorry I cant remember his name) was also very efficient, helpful and pleasant to work with.
