    This location does not honor sales printed in it's sale paper or advertised on the self tried to buy Budweiser with $5 rebate printed at check out no rebate form came from printer manager has head in the clouds totally incompetent had no idea there was a rebate had to show him tag with rebate info from beer cooler told me they don't participate don't use this location for sale prices or anything else

    I wish I could give this store ZERO stars!! I went there on Saturday and was diagnosed with Covid. Today, I sent my daughter there to have her sister tested because she's having symptoms as well. Her appointment was scheduled online the day before by ME! They arrived early. I received a text from her stating that they have been waiting over an hour and they were the only people in the pharmacy. So I waited 15 more minutes before calling the store. Again, I am positive so I'm trying not to go up there! I get a 'manager' but not a 'store manager' because he left for the day. I explain the situation and she placed me on hold. She returns to tell me that the pharmacy stated that they needed to register my daughter and bill the insurance....WHAT INSURANCE??? The test is $20 and they don't have my insurance information!! Now to make matters even worse, they shut down the pharmacy and went to lunch, (which is an hour long) while my children were sitting there waiting in the lobby! I called the corporate number and issued a complaint and requested a call back. I was told someone would reach out to me within 2-3 days... Just ridiculous and so unprofessional! Why is this store still open with all of the negative reviews?

    This review is specifically for the man that runs the pharmacy. The rest of this Walgreens seems to be worked by nice individuals. This man is so rude. Time and time again, Ive heard him be rude to other customers - including sick and elderly. Hes been rude to my husband and recently rude to me. I called to ask about a prescription. The tone of his voice was so awful. He did not help me at all other than stating my prescription was cancelled. (No info on why, and no suggestions on next steps) Last time I went in I asked them to fill my dogs prescription again because I missed the 5-day window after my dog had emergency surgery to remove cancer. He was so rude about it! Stating he shouldnt have to fill it because I missed the pickup window. Why do people operate their lives in such misery? I ended up switching one of my prescriptions to another pharmacy thats much further away from me, and I plan to follow suit with the rest of my meds. My husband switched too. This man should not work in the business he does if he doesnt want to truly help people. Such a shame. Life is hard enough as is. Treat people with kindness and understanding. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

    I have never experienced more rude employees than the three women I encountered at the Pharmacy there. I was nice and trying to get help about a co-pay card. Lady #1 was extremely rude and said she she could not help me. I figured she had anxiety issues or something with the way she presented herself. Lady #2 was even more rude, had a huge attitude, and refused to run the co-pay card or to even speak with the lady who was trying to explain. She eventually got a manager who was rude and then tried to help. She asked me to call the company to ensure BCBS federal did not qualify as a federal healthcare program...even though the lady on the phone was telling her that. I called, went back to lady #2 asking for lady #3 to tell her I had the answer, and lady #2 said she did not want to talk to who was on the phone and she was not going to run the co-pay card. Not one of them cared about my son getting his medication or to provide customer service. Lady #2 had blonde hair and a tattoo on her left top forearm. They all need to go through training on how to talk to customers who need more help than they care to give and definitely should work in a slower pharmacy. CVS here I come, which is exactly what the medication rep told me to do.
