This is my forever pharmacy they are great. Also the store manager is super knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff goes out of their way to be helpful and kind, especially the pharmacist, Mr. Raj. Best pharmacy service I can imagine. A true gem.

Very impressed with the store manager and cashier. Both were friendly and helpful. Both went out of their way to interact, help and please both myself and another customer. We laughed and joked with manager. Reminded me of times so long ago, felt good. Pleasurable shopping experience. Will definitely return to this Rite Aid store. Thank you.

Went to pick up a prescription at rite aid located at 25922 Middlebelt MI. when it is time to pay, the screen shows two options: I decline to be counseled I have been counseled........ The cashier went straight and click on "Decline to be counseled. I said, I do not decline, why do you click on it. She says, then click on "I have been counseled" I said, I haven't been counseled, I need that option that say "I need to be counseled. She called her boss. Her boss came and treated me like I am stupid while they are the one stupid. She called a customer behind me asking him to explain to me. I ask that guy, are you her boss, the guy said, no. I am a customer. I told him, I don't need to hear anything from you. I told the pharmacist that she has no right to call a customer to a claim that is not his. If you cannot solve it, calll you boss, but not a customer. She ignored me, called customer behing me, than she came back after to answer questions about the prescription. 1) RITE AID is WRONG with the statement. You cannot provide me two options "decline counsel and I have been counseled while no one is even available to answer questions. 2) This pharmacist needs to be a little be professional. I wish I could give 0 star.
