      image Joshua Barnes from Thorton & Grooms was back at my home today to install the newly purchased a/c from the day before. He was very prompt in arriving. Joshua has always
      been professional and courteous in previous visits.
      He got the job done quickly considering he had to work in the rain. I was satisfied with the installation. There was a request for the drain pipe to drain directly into floor drain which he immediately resolved without any hesitation.
      I appreciate his attitude and hard work.

      image I appreciate the service from Thornton & Grooms. I've received work to include heating/cooling and major sewer repair. Every service person has been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I like the communication that includes notification of who is arriving and when. Service technicians and specialists thoroughly explain problems and review options. This includes showing videos and pictures, which are forwarded to my e-mail, along with documentation of the present condition, and plan. I've been able to get any questions I have answered and never felt pressured to get work done I wasn't comfortable with.

      image Erald and Shawn were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We needed to have a leak in our bathtub faucet repaired. They took care of that along with replacing our kitchen faucet. They also reset our water softener settings as we were getting to much calcium in our water resulting in major buildups in/on our faucets. Another 5 Star job by Thornton and Grooms.
