AJ Danboise Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Had a technician come out to replace a temp release valve on My water heater, I had the part delivered to me under warranty so all it was putting the valve in the tank which would take no less then 20 minutes from what I was told by the manufacturer. Service tech came out and qouted almost 800.00 to put the part In, I told him I can get a new tank for that price. I later had another company come out and Install the part for 155.00. Never will I call them again to do any work at my house. Then the part was a 18.00 part from home Depot and they were going to charge me over 100.00 if I didn't have it covered under warranty. I have called the office 3 times and no one has ever called me back. Not professional at all. Please don't use this company

John completed the first requested task (rerouting an outside connection to an a/c interrupter to the homes fuse panel) in a quick, professional manner. During a service review of my furnace, the technician from A J Danboise discovered I had a leak from my hot water heater tank . He called the office and was able to get a plumbing technician out right away to check the on there leak. Steve Dobrick came out, examined he tank and explained that I had a leak and went over the costs of a new tank with installation. He was able to get a new tank delivered to my house and installed within an hour. I thought Steve and A J Danboise went above and beyond what you would expect. Amazing treatment to a first time customer. I noticed a leak under my sink and not knowing what to, I contacted AJ Danboise based on their 5 star rating. I was not disappointed. I received a call as soon as they opened and they were able to schedule me that same day working with my schedule. Eddie, the technician that was sent to look at my problem, was incredible. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and showed me what the problem was, which I thought was minor, but turned out to be major. He next took his time and showed me everything that would need to be done to fix the problem correctly (which after his explanation, I understood). Eddie was a shining star and AJ Danboise should be proud to have him in their employ.
