I was given a rate, discussed distance , and went over a detailed inventory prior to service date. There were several additional fees just added to my bill without any discussion or agreement upon my deposit made prior to service date. I never received additional phone calls or emails providing these details. Between destinations the drivers were not only pulled over for speeding but did not have proper paperwork including an expired registration for the “insured” truck they used for service?! Instead of being offered a discount for any inconvenience for what ended up creating a 3 hour delay to the assigned destination I was charged for the entire day! Not the “hours of work” that was agreed upon with deposit. Paperwork was NOT completed creating an additional 1 hour delay charging me a total between $400-500 OVER our agreement with added fees and THEIR LEGAL RUN IN, but would NOT unload my belongings until I paid per their request?! I have reached out to the manager regarding this who says he will get back to me but hasn’t in addition to missing items that I still have NOT been informed about? This was financial robbery and extremely unprofessional. I have already followed up with small claims court!

Terrible service, I should have check the review before choosing them. $115 hourly rate is not bad. But they didnt tell you that you need to pay $700 after they load the truck and you need to pay more in cash before they unload, otherwise, they spend 30 mins arguing with you and we have to pay for that time! Gas cost, insurance, wrapping cost, they charge cash and they charge tax too. BTW, they only worked 5 hours, and need you to pay 7 hours for their traveling time from company to your home and back. Your bill will be way higher than you thought. Worst thing is they dont talk about this beforehand and use your money and time to argue. They also damaged my furnitures and piano and didnt tell me how they are going to compensate. Worst thing is the furniture was damaged and they didnt admit that. Do not use them!!!
