Very good communication of overall process, scheduling, contract, etc... Appreciated that this company could schedule their moving service with only a week advance. Pick up was well organized, on time and professionally handled. So far I feel this is a responsive, credible, professional moving service. Based on the first half of my "move in process", I will go with NorthAmerican/University Movers again.

This is not something I have done before and was concerned about how this would go, but we had a great experience with this move! They were always in contact from the beginning. They explained the process clearly and were prompt all the way through. They packed everything in boxes on Wednesday, loaded the truck on Thursday, and delivered from Michigan to North Carolina on Friday. The guys that delivered did a great job. They handled everything carefully. They also were very cordial and accomodating. I would definitely recommend using University Moving and Storage!
