I called last minute to get an appointment and they were able to accommodate my husband and myself. My husband received his results Saturday night, however mine didn't show up. I waited until Sunday morning (we are leaving on Monday) and they still had not arrived. I placed a call to the office and they answered and called me back within 30 mins letting me know that the lab would be emailing my results momentarily. I HIGHLY recommend using them and we will use them in the future for sure!

The night before my scheduled appointment I came down with a terrible bug -- the exorcist pea soup plus fever kind of sick. I called the next morning to explain why I needed to cancel, and the receptionist was incredibly rude, speaking to me like I was a kid trying to get out of a school assignment. He informed me that I would be charged the cancellation fee unless I came in, despite being incredibly sick. I'm not sure how he expected me to drive to the office - with a bucket on my lap? He seemed completely unconcerned about my health and safety, or of those at the clinic. Thankfully the Oakland County Department of Health offers the advice and travel vaccines I need at a fraction of the cost.

Very happy with the friendly knowledgable staff at both AnnArbor and Farmington Hills. Raylynn was great and very flexible and patient as we worked through what we needed for our Africa trip.
