The Lange Agency, LLC: Allstate Insurance

They obviously do not know what customer service is. Being told repeatedly that they will call you back, then 2 days later you call them and they act like they don't know what's going on. Claims department goes straight to voicemail for weeks. Admit they were in the wrong, yet do nothing to make things right. Just another example of insurance companies screwing people over for the almighty dollar.

Because of this agency I will never use Allstate for anything again in my life. Even after requesting that they stop calling me, they were unable to help themselves and continued. I actually had to block their number in order to prevent further harassment. I am not a customer nor will I ever be. I would be very careful giving your phone number especially to allstate. This is not my first encounter like this with Allstate. The last time, the agent tonight came to an agreement and I haven't been called back since. Until today when it started with the Lange Agency. Then again if you like Relentless marketing calls, they might be for you

Horrible! Used this agency for homeowners insurance. It started as an innocent mistake, where I was overcharged due to the details of my home being listed wrong. When I corrected them, I was refunded the difference- so far no problem. But the next year I was again charged the original (wrong) price plus the usual inflation. I politely pointed this out to the many agents who regularly call me wanting me to bundle my car insurance with them as well. At first I was told the correction must not have been entered in the system, our bad, well fix it. But nothing ever happened. Again and again I was promised theyd look into it and call back, only to be ignored until the next sales call where they would again promise to look into it .Over a year and at least fifteen of these conversations went by before I was told the check was in the mail. Never received it, called the office, conveniently no record of it. At last contact I was told they were requesting information and would call back the next day- of course they didnt. I will have to file a compliant with BBB but to be honest its less about the money and more about the fact that if I ever did need to actually make a claim, I am certain I would be ignored for years.
