A big thank you to Jacob & another mechanic who solved my problem within minutes! It was a relay switch - they diagnosed & replaced it quickly - I was on the road again within a half hour! I'm a long term customer, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sad to see there are few ro da centers around nowadays. They have taken good care of all my vehicle needs for as long as I can remember. Very friendly and polite staff. Dan is the guy who runs this one. He is kind and very patient. Works well with others and Is curtious to his staff. He is a bit goofy and does stuff in his own way. Never the less the job gets done. He makes sure it's done right. They give you good estimations and provide military discounts. I recommend them over many other places which rip you off or even break other things in the process to make you come back for something else. Ronda is the place to be for sure.

I can't think of taking my vehicles anywhere else for service or tires. Especially since that one time i went to discount tire and Dan gave a hard time for years. Never again. Their employee Loren is especially sweet and diplomatic. You won't find a more loveable mechanic anywhere in the metropolitan Grand Rapids Area, specifically in the area of Breton and 29th St SE. Seriously, I'm not kidding. (This review is for their Grand Rapids location)

This is the second time they inspected my breaks, and with close to 100k, they still assure me the time hasn't come yet. I'm impressed with their honesty when they could easily have convinced me to do the job now!
