I have never had a financial institution treat me so poorly. Im appalled it was my credit union! Im sure this wont matter but I paid off several credit cards at the same time. TRUECCU Was the only one to charge and refuse to remove interest charged after the payoff. TRUECCU Was also the only one to offer a payoff calculator, which I took advantage of, I guess it doesnt work since I was still charged more interest after making the payoff amount on time PLUS an additional monthly payment posted before the payoff resulting in an OVERPAYMENT! No excuse for the additional charge and worse, the way my complaint was (not) handled.

Been with Tru (CP Federal) for over 10 years and honestly I can't recall much issues here... Besides the one time they couldn't reimburse me when my son spent hundreds of dollars on a phone game. I do feel like they should have flagged it and kept it from happening given how much was being spent in such a short amount of time. Besides that I've always enjoyed this bank
