        This is a fantastic company. Culligan denied me and treated me like a second class citizen. I called this company because their website indicated that they offered gallons of water at a cheaper rate than Culligan. Not only did they hook me up with water service, they approved me for a water cooler(which Culligan would not do) AND I saved $2.00 per month on the cooler and $1.00 per bottle than what Culligan would have tried getting from me. From the moment I called Besco, I felt welcome and wanted. The only downside is that the guy had to run a credit check, and he never called back to provide my status. I had to call back and get it. Not too big of an issue, but I give honest reviews so I felt it needed to be mentioned.

        The gal in the office is really the reason for the bad review. I came in on a Saturday to buy a water softener system and was told that it had to be done on a weekday because that was done through a salesperson. When I explained that I drove truck and it was hard for me to get time to call them she suggested that "I'll just have to make time to call on my potty break" This comment completely ruined any chance of me ever being a customer in the future.
