        We've had Blue Wolf's Rain Soft equipment in the house for an over and year now, I have to report that this company goes above and beyond for customer service. We live rurally and have numerous issues with our old farmhouse. Bill and the team have been super helpful, kind and considerate. They've made us feel supported and taken care of. This is a family run business who strives to make you feel a part of their family by making sure everything is tip top. You'll be in good hands with this company. Thanks a bunch Bill-- we appreciate you tons.

        If Zero stars was an option I would have selected it. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I called to have my water softener system looked at because it was no longer working. To schedule an appointment the wait time was around a month which is very long to be dealing with hard water. Then a day or so before they were supposed to come out I was called and told that they would not be coming because there was snow on the ground and my water softener system is located outside in a well pit. They then tried to reschedule my appointment in another month. They also tried selling me new $600 filter material that was not even bad. Do not use them!

      Thank you for your feedback on this situation. The $600 you are referring to was to rebed the iron unit that has been in the house since 2015. With the issues you reported to us having and the age of the equipment that according to our records was not maintained years as recommended. We would not have been doing diligent customer service if we did not explain and offer that to you. The job required us to pull the 300 pound tanks out of the 4 to 5 foot well pit and unfortunately the day we were scheduled to come out we where under the winter weather warning due to heavy, snow , ice and negative temperatures. Asking anyone to do this was a safety risk and an unreasonable request due to the weather.
