Dr Laura Harness did an outstanding job in replacing a broken crown. She was very thorough and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She ensured that I was completely happy with her work before I left the office. Thank you Dr Harness.

They did a great job cleaning my child's teeth my daughter age 4 broke her front tooth I told them that before making the appointment after they cleaned her teeth they then told me they could not pull the tooth and referred us elsewhere it would have been easier for them to just say ok the tooth needs pulled we cannot pull it so as long as your young child only needs a cleaning done this is your place to go if they need mouth work it's a waste of time.

DR Kelly very gentle and calmly explained every step of the way while fixing my broken filling . Hygienist Kim was so friendly and accommodating to my needs and comfort as im a chicken lol would recommend to anyone with anxiety such as myself

Best.Dentist.Office.Ever! I'm terrified of going to the Dentist. I go years between visits and then go only when I'm in so much pain I can't stand it anymore. Well I have Grand Kids now and guess what.....they all just go off to the Dentist like it's no big deal. I was feeling so shameful and really just wanted to go to the Dentist like it was no big deal. I wasn't in any pain but I knew I needed some work done so I started shopping around. I took a chance with Tru Family Dental Portland.....I was so nervous on my first visit. I explained my history and all of my fears and feelings to the Hygienist.....she was very understanding. Then I met Dr. Kappus and she was so patient and calming and non-judgmental, I started to relax just a tad. That visit went well so I scheduled my next appointment. Normally when a Dentist appointment is fast approaching I want to cancel and I get so keyed up I cry when I get there. But this time I knew if I got too nervous or anxious Dr. Kappus could provide me with some medication. So the day of my appointment I felt good....I actually felt like a normal person just going for a dentist appointment. That visit went very well! To wrap this long story up.....I just want to say Dr. Krista Kappus and her staff are just the very best! Whether you need your hand held, or insurance questions answered, or a full explanation of what's going on with the procedure...do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Kappus.
