I found Tru Family Dental through a patient of my own. She was using Invisalign aligners and it turned out, her family dentist at Tru Family Dental in Portland was the one managing her care. She was very happy with the experience. In fact, her husband was just starting his own Invisalign journey. I spoke to my dentist at that time, who wanted to refer me to an orthodontist. I also looked into aligner companies and I tried a mail-in-your-dental-impressions-and-take-some-pics aligner company but the lack of in-person care and the very poor customer service left me feeling frustrated. It became clear to me: change dentists and choose Invisalign if you want straight teeth. I am so glad I made that decision!!
