Do not use this company, (if they are even in business anymore) They did our roof and sold us a 25 year warranty. They cut corners every way possible and now our roof needs to be replaced after 13 years. The installation was done wrong so the shingle company will not cover it. Do not use this company. This company is closing, took my money, didnt pay the installers on the $5,000 gutter job and they now have a lien on my Home!!!!!!! One star is too many! Scammed and angry customer.

Do not trust Ram Residential.  They are unreliable, not trustworthy and their quality is marginal...at best.Find another contractor unless you like sloppy, unfinished and delayed services.

Last year in August way before covid19 we started looking for a company to replace our roof and siding on our home. we took 4 estimates from companies we had checked online reviews for and went with ram residential. they were right in the middle of the other estimates price wise. low to high estimates ranged from 28000 to $46000 for completely new roof and siding ram came in at $36000 we were told the 2 projects would take 4 to 6 weeks to complete it took them 4 months but it still hasnt really been completed 13 months later the workmanship of ram residentials installers and roofers was so poor we had a huge list of repairs that still have never been completed. we had to have another company come repair their shoddy work (see pictures). they broke the trim on nearly every window on our house the yard was left full of nails, unused supplies were left on the grass for weeks resulting in a 10 by 10 dead area that had to be repaired the next Spring, siding is now falling off and they refuse to come back and fix it after several calls ram residential is a horrible company and their salesmen are con artists good luck in your search for a beautiful home make over learn from out mistake and avoid ram at all costs.
