      image The room was nice. First night stay was nice. Second night at 930 the guests on the second floor were pounding on walls screaming running in the halls. I made 3 calls to the front desk between 930 and 1130. First two calls no one did anything last call finally a new person was on shift and they called the police to have two rooms of people removed from the hotel. Found out the first two calls were handled by the general manager who did nothing. The next day I asked for compensation. They said to call the general manager Paolo Nona. I called later in the day he said what did you expect me to do they had too many kids. I said you are the manager you were supposed to take care of it. He said the most I will give you is 500 points and I am not doing anything else which is nothing. I called ihg....they offered 11000 points which is nothing compared to the 150 dollars I spent to have no sleep before I had to drive 400 miles the next day after having to wait until 1230 am until they resolved an issue that I had been calling about since 930 pm. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Management can not handle situations.
