Customer for over 13 years. Continually get higher bills and degrading service - to the point where I finally said 'enough'. Called to cancel - 2x now - and both times have been told it's canceled / service is stopped as is auto debit from my account. Four months now and they continue to debit cash from my account. I just called (for another hour of my time) for round 3 and was told the prior two cancellation order numbers I was given were not processed. They can't debit me because my service was still active....so, I'm sure round 3 will be no different. Calling the bank tomorrow. After 13 years, at least 8 with sub-par service but forced to use because they're the only option, I strongly advise against using this company. Thankfully a cell tower was installed late last year and I have another option....hope they fold.

I have had this service for a week now and cant wait for my year to be up so I can get rid of them, theyre a joke, dont bother.

Worst customer service. Also, Frontier is great at scamming you out of money. They overcharge for internet. I got faster internet through AT&T for $30 less than what I was paying Frontier. After overpaying for 6 years they charge me $50 to return the equipment after cancelling service. I cancelled my service on Jan. 8th but they still made me pay for the entire month of January. They do not prorate for cancelling during a billing cycle. When calling the customer service, I had to repeat myself 5 times to two different people before they could comprehend what I was asking. Not worth your time or money.

If I could give negative stars I would. My internet went out on Jan 29th - 30th 2024. I tried to get it trouble shooted, they told me it's the wiring at my house. And they will not be here until Feb 12th. ALMOST 2 AND A HALF WEEKS I'M EXPECTED TO BE WITHOUT INTERNENT. I will be finding a new service. DO NOT US FRONTIER FOR ANY REASON!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. I have been with Frontier since they took over rural phone and internet. I was one of the FIRST to get wifi in my area. At least 15 years. And this is how you treat customers that have been loyal to your company.
