        Mike doesn't care. Last year in my car was destroyed by rats and I had to file a claim. Nobody from the office bothered to assist me. Nor did anyone from the office call the check up on me to see how things were going. From the looks of things, it looks like Mike has sold his business to someone else and hasn't bothered to tell any of his customers.

        Insurance is a scam. never pays without a rate hike. Hole in roof and flooded basement

        First Andrea is Great!! Unfortunately Allstate had repeated increases this last year of 20% with no claims or other causes. Jonathan was to review my policies and never responded. After 2 weeks I found other coverage that saved me over $550/year. This is not the first time Jonathan has dropped the ball but probably the last with me. Best of luck Andrea!
