* Ok, first of all, the advantages of the room as a good space, the lighting in the room is excellent, the coffee maker, the microwave, the TV, the refrigerator, in good condition, even the air conditioner, the bathrooms are clean, and they have all the needs, hair styler, shampoo, soap The lobby is large and clean, the reception staff are respectful and good to speak more than one language. There is a gym and a swimming pool The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the service And now the negatives are breakfast, nothing new. It does not suit all tastes. Breakfast times are short and early Housekeeping cleans the room once every 3 days, they don't put service things like coffee and shampoo, unless I tell them The internet is bad in the basement and the ends of the hotel The TV is old and sometimes it doesn't work A stupid idea that the pool closes at 9 o'clock And the dumbest idea is that every day you have to take a new card For the pool and gym and by the way In the gym, some devices are not working and some are damaged There is no place for garbage when you walk in the hotel, you see the trash bags at the room's door The swimming pool is dirty and rare You can get a towel and kids play everywhere they make it worse The elevator is slow These are some problems. I spent a whole month at the hotel, and I hope that these defects will be fixed, so that we can come again thanks

Breakfast was a pretty standard hotel breakfast. The pool area was not very clean, both the hot tub and the pool looked dirty but I couldnt tell if it was the walls being old and beat up or if it was the water.
Either way, the kids swam for alittle bit each day we were there.
Outside the doors there was a large group and that were hanging out together. Lots of smoking of both cigarettes and marijuana. I have no problems with that, you couldnt smell it inside the hotel, but you did have to walk thru their smoke clouds to enter or exit the building.
Was a fine stay for the price we paid, but probably wouldnt stay again.

House keeping needs to be more customer friendly an up their cleaning techniques, some of the registration clerks at the desk are lazy when it comes to requests or service.
