My apartment was clean upon move in. Taylor was so helpful with my application process and move in. The 3 things that needed immediate help were handled right away. I am very pleased with the entire moving process. The view from my patio is peaceful and clean. I drove 260 miles to move here and the staff at Ashton Pines made my transition easy and positive.
3-16-24 I turned in a request for patio door repair today and Harold was here to fix it already. I appreciate his speedy concern for my door repair and his courteous and kind attitude. 5 stars to you Harold!

I mean, you get what you pay for. Multiple doors dont have peepholes - the front door to our building doesnt even latch, so there is like, zero security. Bugs have completely eaten away at the wood on our windows so whatever temperature it is outside, it is inside (the bugs that crawl in are next level). The drywall is falling off the wall in the shared laundry room and Im pretty sure there are structural issues with the place in general. The rent is cheap, but again, you get what you pay for.

Ive been a resident for over 8 years. Aside from the great location, I moved here to avoid the sweat-equity of home ownership. So having a responsive maintenance/office team is what really keeps me here. These guys act quick on requests and always do a professional job. If you are looking for a great place to live, no need to look any further!
