Services have gone downhill badly in the last couple years. The food is terrible now. The change in Health Care providers has been a loss in quality of service. I would not recommend this facility.

The apartments are decent but this place seems overpriced for what the residents receive. Unfortunately, they require you to pay for at least one meal per day. The food quality has declined over the years to the point that my mother in law won't eat what they're serving. See the photo for an example of a dinner that adds $11 to your daily rent. They will also charge an extra $3 if you want to add a salad or soup and another $3 to deliver to your apartment.

My mom lived at Lockwood of Waterford for about 16 months and enjoyed the many activities offered. The community offers on site hair salon, housekeeping, onsite medical team and meal plans. Staff very responsive to resident and family requests. I would highly recommend this community!
