After 16 years of poor dental care, due to special needs, my daughter finally has a dentist and team she is comfortable with.
Dr. Sheehan, and the entire staff at Oakland Family Dental, are truly special people. They listened and understood our difficulties, our concerns, my daughter's many fears, and held our hands (yes, mine too), through the entire process.
Three months ago my kid was terrified of the dentist, she is about to get braces soon, and is actually excited to go back!
Highly recommend Oakland Family Dental for anyone, but especially those with special needs, or dental fears. They are professional, skilled, patient, and understanding, the type of care that is one in a million.

Dr Sheehen is the best dentist you will ever experience in this lifetime I had a 2-hour procedure done on yesterday all of the staff was extremely patience, extremely friendly and when I tell you I have no pain I have no pain. Please trust your family with her you won't be sorry. I was going to another dental office for the last 3 years and she is my forever dental home.

Youd be hard-pressed to find a better trained, experienced and technologically advanced dental office in Waterford Township. I absolutely would not hesitate to visit Dr. Sheehan for any of your dental needs, and I regularly refer friends and family to her for dental treatments.

I agree Dr Sheehan is a good dentist and very nice but way too many expensive things being done and they do require payment before you get the work completed. Hard to get in with problems. Takes way too long.

Went in to have some work done and the Dr. and staff were great. I can only warn you that if you do go to this office make sure you have good insurance because if you pay cash like I did they will charge you until it makes them feel good. I would love to go back but I can't afford to pay their cash prices.
