        I feel Canterbury on the lake is a wonderful place to live I have been here for over a month everyone here is great and i love everyone here. Facility is wonderful. If you are looking for a place to live, this is it!

        Canterbury-on-the-Lake should be shut down and closed. The care is sub standard at best and the staff are rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate. They have no respect for the patients and the elderly patients do not get the care and attention they so desperately require. My best friend's mother recently fell out of bed attempting to use her bathroom. This fall caused her to sustain a fractured hip and wrist. There was not an option to choose zero stars, or I would have give 2 thumbs down. Update... since this review was written, my friends mother passed away. The staff continued to act in a very rude fashion and disregarded the orders of the Hospice Nurse. The Nursing staff are incompetent and lack the knowledge of what " transitioning into death" means. I pity the remaining clients who still reside in Canterbury-on-the-Lake. This establishment is cruel and disgusting.
