Great coffee and excellent service!

Not a coffee drinker but, back when we held face-to-face meetings it was a nice environment in which to talk. One of the few chain coffee shops that I find appealing.

The worst experience I have ever seen very bad customer service. Especially the girl. They are not welcome. They are not smiling very rude.

Barista was very personable and friendly. Do wish they did sandwiches at this location however.

Just an overall busy place

I don't think this Caribou location knows how much I appreciate them. They were my lifeline for so many shifts during the Holiday season. Never screwed up a drink order.

The housemade Chai, chocolate croissants, and strawberry macaroons are perfection.

It's busy and might be hard to find a place to sit. But I like the atmosphere and service of this place. If wanting a modern place different than Starbucks, here it is.

Best coffee in town

Expect to wait 20 minutes for a drink - its a disaster. Almost like they have an A team one day and a C the next - doesnt make sense.

Always a convenient space to meet friends to catch up. Drinks are consistent.
