Sheila is an excellent trainer. Her gym is always clean and the equipment is always in good condition.

The staff are very friendly and genuinely care about the students. It's evident there is culture of community and positivity being bred here. Awesome place.

There for school in the 1960's. Came back to teach Algebra and run canoe trips in the 1970's. Great place !
