        I called Kirk in the morning for clogged kitchen sink. He said he would be here before end of the day. He had a number of other jobs he had to get done and got here at 530pm (he called about 430 to make sure it was still ok to come). The clog was more pesky than most but despite it being late in the day Kirk was persistent and confident in his approach and ultimately cleared the clog. I would have expected most people to given up before fixing the problem (after an already long day). Kirk obviously enjoys his job and is very experienced and good at it. As importantly he clearly loves to help people!!!!!!! Thanks so much Kirk!!!!
