Our commitment to providing excellent service remains unwavering, however, our policies are designed to ensure consistency and fairness for all our guests. While we empathize with your situation, as the reservation was made through Expedia and was nonrefundable, we were bound by the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. However, our offer to honor this booking toward a future reservation still holds. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or disappointment this may have caused and hope that your family emergency has since been resolved.       image I needed a room for the week while I was working in Fergus Falls and this location was a great choice. The owners made me feel right at home and didnt hesitate to help me with recommendations for restaurants and other things to do while I was in town. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept for the modest price they were charging. Overall great experience! I also heard that they were going to be opening a U-Haul dealership at this location and I thought that was a great addition for the community! If you have to stay in Fergus Falls, this is the place to stay!
      Rooms: Rooms were clean and updated. And if you want your bed made or new sheets daily just ask.
      Nearby activities: There are several restaurants downtown that offer a small town, authentic feel!
      Safety: Parking lot is well lit and there are lots of security cameras in use!
