I brought my car in here last minute for a brake inspection. They got me in right away, and they told me and showed me what's wrong with the car. They even worked with me on the price of the repair. They didn't play any games with appointments, or try to upsell me. They did the work at reasonable price when compared to the dealers and most shops. And they completely finished the work in a about an hour. I would recommend this location any day.

I called in at 11:30am for an oil change and was scheduled for 2:00pm. When I arrived there were no cars outside and no customers in the lobby. The receptionist at the front desk still refused to acknowledge me. I had to say hello twice and still was not greeted. After the second hello he rudely stated what name is your appointment under. I stated my name and he immediately said we dont have an appointment under that name. I explained that I called and likely spoke to him as I recognized the voice. Instead of admitting that he made a mistake in scheduling or was simply refusing me service (which is what I believe he did), he accused me of being in the wrong location (I confirmed the address when I made the appointment). Rude, incompetent and unprofessional. I definitely wont be returning. Headed right up the street to Valvoline ( in and out with excellent service).

I wouldn't take my car back here ever. An oil change turned into needing the oil pan replaced for over $500 because he couldn't get the plug out. Took it back to the last place that did it(firestone) and they had it done in 40 mins no problems! Don't trust anything they tell you. If I could give them a zero I would.
