Big O Tires - Closed

On our way out of town with the camper all loaded up we heard a freaky sound coming from our front driver tire. We swung in to Big O to see if someone could take a quick look and Andy and Cody came to the rescue! The place was super busy, but they both came over to take a look. Thank you both very much for helping us out and putting our minds at ease! We will recommend to friends and will be back to give Big O Tire in Lakeville more business for sure!

Every now again you find a business that does good work at a reasonable price, and their staff is so engaging and customer-focused that you actually look forward to returning. Big O Tires in Lakeville is that kind of place.

11/12/2022 My first and last time at Big 0 up sell. Service technician spent more time trying to get me to pay for unnecessary service than do his job correctly. This week 4/4/2023 completed required service at my trusted provider. Surprisingly I need two lug studs replaced do to over tightening. Went back to store to recover something for their service technicians mistake all I was offered was oil change coupons. Sorry not trusting this team with an oil plug to over tighten or strip out. Maybe if they were a little less focused on the up selling and a little more focused at the job at hand. This is a $225 dollar mistake I will not make again and would recommend to others not to.
