If I could give it zero stars I would theres mice everywhere including the hallways all of the doors and floors in The building are disgusting theres trash all around the building Ive also been
Without a working bath tub going on 4 days now and I havent been able to control my heat simce I moved in back in October Ive complained plenty
Of times about this problem but still no resolution also mail boxes get broken Into the only thing good thing I can say about this place is the leasing person Thomas hes very nice and is always eager to help and listening to the million and 1 problems Im coming to tell him every other day and that I can appreciate.

Scheduled a showing Tuesday for Thursday. All that time and the goofy couldnt even tell me she FORGOT to give the tenants notice. So I came all the way there for nothing. SHE HAD TWO DAYS TO TELL ME !! Then tried to reschedule girl never. Waste of time lady if your that forgetful maybe you should work somewhere else. wish I could give zero stars to this bozo

Avoid at all costs things constantly get stolen here without any action from the management, the front and back doors are constantly getting broke so anyone can come and go randomly as they please, disgusting common areas that get half cleaned, half hearted renovations. Under the stairs looks insane and moldy. Always a weird stinky smell in the hallway. Trash is just everywhere outside. Theres only 4 small laundry machines and 4 dryers for the entire building to share and several machines always are broken. The maintenance man will get a request, come and take a look, say hell come back, then just never does. Ive had soft spots on my ceiling since Ive moved in here a year and a half ago but they have yet to be repaired properly, because the slumlord corp that took this building over did not count on having to repair such an old building. Parking is like $100+ a month but its very possible your car will still get broken into. Every complaint you make, will result in retaliation of some sort. But they constantly send letters about tenants not being allowed to do stuff like sit outside the building? There is a reason they are desperate to force tenants out via harassment and get new ones in constantly, these rent prices are ridiculous!
