        We were downsizing to a townhome. Our closing for the home we were selling came after the closing for the townhome. The townhome we bought was a cash deal. Dave Engstler at the Green Meadows Merchants Bank helped us get a home equity loan against the equity in the home we were selling so we could close on the townhome.         I ordered a new debit card Aug 11th. It's now Aug 29th and I STILL have not received it. They said 7-10 business days. It's been 12 DAYS of waiting. Really Merchants!? Thinking I may need to switch banks, because this is ridiculous.
