Very bad office management Cars are broken according to source Office people are corrupted work with tow company so when you to the office they make you busy and tow your vehicle A lot of breaks Mice and bed bugs according to the neighbors information. Not healthy environment.

I have good experience here and I know a lot of them dont. I also saw a post that said the bedbug issue not true. Its actually very true depends on how the tenants cleanliness. Even cockroaches and mice sometimes ( usually the ground floor ) that because they have good experiences and its not apartments fault about pet issue . Not everyone has had good experience. Clean your room or mattresses and or something u use regularly then call the landlord if u see any pest. And the review is based on everything, not just the apartments. Its including customers service too.

This place is very excellent. A wonderful office staff, outstanding maintenance service and the perfect place to raise a family. I've lived here over 10 years and across the street is very convenient with a Grocery store, Starbucks, Subway etc. Anyone reading this I 100% recommend any and everyone to move here. The place is near the airport, its by road side and near by downtown st paul. I see alot of bad reviews here,most of them aren't true. If u don't like the place move out stop writing things that aren't true.Example bedbugs that's not true
