        I have been at Cedrics Landing going on almost 10 years! I am loving the New Management, they have done a lot of new improvements, New call in system, New Mailroom to keep your packages safe! Updated Apartments with new fire alarms, cleaning behind appliances. When I needed something fixed in my apartment, Maintenance has shown up to take care of it in a timely manner and I greatly appreciate it! The New Manager and co worker are very helpful , and kind. The building is well kept, and I have met some very nice people here. Feel very safe here , and I love it here!

        I love Cedric's Landing! They are very quick to fix anything that might need fixing (which isn't a lot). It is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is great with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. I have a deck with a nice view of trees. Washer and dryer in my apartment and ceiling fan in my room. Very convenient location and very responsive and friendly staff. My Kitty loves it too!
