Lived here for 8 years The first 7.5 the maintenance changed from cons to very random people that actually could not even do maintenance My bathroom continued to flood in the sink and bath tub from upstairs each time the people up there took a shower and or brushed their teeth The "maintenance man" cut off his snake in the bathtub and left it They never did fix it . The kitchen has no counter space if you want to put a microwave and a dish rack The stove door fell off The handle on the fridge fell off The rent kept sky rocketing each year . Starting at 1080. Ended at 1495 They never changed the carpet or cleaned it in 8 years even upon request. Half the maintenance requests went ignored. The management was nice but then changed. The fire Alarm in the building blasts randomly ALL the time for 15 minutes or more before turned off. The water literally gets shut off 3x a month. No eggzagerations. And there was mice running down the halls on the first floor forsure all the time. The kicker , After 8 years , I received a paper on my door on the 1st of the month that they were not renewing my lease Leaving me with 30 days to move. If you can deal with things like this. It's an okay place to live .
