When we first moved in back in 2017, everything was great. A few of the not so good things: 1) There was no gate to the back parking lot when we first moved in - but now, the gate (to access the back parking lot) broke down and made my wife late for work. It was super inconvenient; we have not been compensated and manager at the time wouldn't give us the # to corporate. 2) Now, a lot of the laundry machines are turned off b/c they are non-functional. I understand that COVID-19 probably plays a role in the delay of repairs, but it's been many months with only 1 functional dryer on the 1st floor west wing laundry room. (It's inconvenient to carry my heavy amount of clothes upstairs or the other side of the building to find functional machines.) EDIT: Before I moved out, the laundry machines were replaced with new ones. However, my wife and I had already been going out to laundromats to take care of laundry. The new machines are a good thing, though. 3) A lot of the times when I call the office, no one picks up. I then immediately take a walk to the office and see people in the office. So, I'm unsure why my phone calls were not picked up. A few good things: 1) The gym and pool are great. I don't use them often, but when I do, it's always been a nice experience. 2) The maintenance manager, Orlando, is always courteous whenever we interact. He makes sure to reimburse me whenever a laundry machine didn't work properly the first time. (You have to submit a work order in order to be reimbursed.) He is very knowledgeable and is a great asset to Bradley House. EDIT: Now that I moved out of Bradley House, I do miss interacting with Orlando. Hopefully Bradley House is compensating him well so that they can keep him on the team. 3) Bradley House is near so many community outlets, such as the library, a soccer field, a nice empty grassy hill that ppl can go sledding on during the winter, shopping/restaurants (cub foods, domino's pizza, T. J. Max, etc). - Renter from unit 133.

I love my apt.. it's quiet here. And the staff is friendly. This I view from my balcony.. it's got a man made pound and waking paths in the back. It's also a gated community. It's got a pool and weight room as well.. plus it's got a package room where you package gets locked in a foot locker that your packages are locked into. They also have a business meeting room and library.
