        The apartments and staff at Grand and Syndicate are the best! Staff are extremely responsive to requests, have an amazing service ethic, and make residents feel welcome and appreciated. Amanda, the current property manager, is particularly timely and positive with her responses. The building itself is solid, I never hear my neighbors, well -maintained and clean. Bonus for the location-right in the heart of the grand avenue food alley and across the street from kowalskis. To sum it up - prime location, solid building and the best staff! Sorry to make you jealous if you live somewhere else

        I have lived in a @home apartment for 30 years. I cant say enough good things about the management or staff. I would tell everyone whos looking for an apartment to rent from @home apartments.
