        Will at the Highland store really helped me get my new phone set up. I met him at the Eagan Sam's Club where he helped me and my S.O. purchase new phones. He was super patient with us and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Will and T-Mobile!

        My iPhone had some type of software malfunction and basically died on me today. Tunde was incredibly helpful and gave great customer service. So thankful I chose to go to this location! I will definitely be returning here in the future.

        OMG, My poor broken phone screen, the lower 1/3 was just totally turned into a floodlight, you couldn't see anything. I feel bad, I cannot remember her name, but her name tag said store manager helped me transfer everything from my horribly broken phone to the replacement I received from having the warranty/insurance. They were SO busy last night, she was getting pulled in every direction, kinda all employees were, and she just killed it. The patience and skill she had to help me transfer everything to my new phone was AWESOME!!! I know she mentioned she has been with T-Mobile for 13 years, HUGE PROPS TO HER!!!!! SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!(I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!!!!)
