Great people, great work culture. Best part is they encourage you to cross boundaries and explore areas of technology, outside your prime expertise.

Don't waist your time even looking at Indecomm. They don't pay well. If fact it is below market. They promise a bonus but than don't give it to you when the time comes.

If you want to use a quality CRM for your non-profit, don't choose anything by Blackbaud. They don't care about any of their clients.
