Anything that can leak did leak when I purchased Top Brand shower heads, faucets from FERGUSON ENTERPRISES store in St. Paul, MN. I have a video as the shower head leaked from the moment it was installed by Ferguson's recommended licensed plumber. I tried to Post the video, but it did not upload herein. The plumber the moment he installed & saw it leak, he said it's because THE PARTS OF MY SHOWER HEAD FROM FERGUSON HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A DIFFERENT BRAND, SO IT LEAKS. SAME THING HAPPENED WHEN MY KITCHEN FAUCET FROM FERGUSON WAS INSTALLED. SAME WITH ANOTHER SHOWER HEAD. ---Ferguson mgr told me THAT SHE MEASURED THE PART/CARTRIDGE AND IT WAS THE SAME SIZE SO SHE REPLACED IT. ---WHEN HER BOSS ASKED HER, SHE TOLD HIM SHE HAD REPLACED THE SHOWER HEAD PART BY ERROR. These are TOP BRAND FAUCETS/SHOWER HEADS MADE BY KOHLER, DELTA, ETC. and those top brands are solid good and I TRUST THEM. BUT AT FERGUSON THE INTEGRITY OF THESE FAUCETS, SHOWER HEADS WAS COMPROMISED DUE TO PARTS THAT WERE REPLACED BY FERGUSON'S MGR/EMPLOYEE as she told me & said every female employee is married to a PLUMBER & she was marrying the PLUMBER the next day to when this shower head was installed. THE FACT IS EVERYTHING THAT COULD LEAK--DID LEAK! I purchased everything in my bathrooms & kitchen from FERGUSON SHOWROOM---that looked so pretty. Cast iron large tub, lots of accessories--mirrored cabinets, light fixtures, towel rods(all pretty), faucets, shower heads---WORTH THOUSANDS OF $$. ---EVERYTHING LEAKED! IT COSTS 350/- FOR PLUMBER RECOMMENDED BY FERGUSON TO COME TO THE HOUSE. --It is NOT FAIR & IS V EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE A PRODUCT THAT YOU JUST BOUGHT, unless you put up with the leakage & few yrs go by until leakage gets bad enough to replace it. IT SHOULD NEVER BE THAT WAY--WRONG PRACTICE! --THESE ARE FACTS---BASED UPON MY EXPERIENCE! -- THE PURPOSE OF POSTING THIS IS BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT CONSUMERS, DO NOT GET LURED BY THE PRETTY SHOWROOMS OF FERGUSON AS I WAS. PER MY EXPERIENCES---ANYTHING THAT CAN LEAK--DID LEAK RIGHT AT THE MOMENT IT WAS INSTALLED. SO EITHER YOU LIVE PUTTING TOWELS BEHIND THE KITCHEN FAUCET LEAKAGE OR PAY THE PLUMBER $350/-AGAIN AND SPEND HUNDREDS OF $$ AGAIN TO REPLACE A DELTA OR KOHLER OR SOME OTHER TOP BRAND FAUCET SOLD TO ME BY FERGUSON---YOUR CHOICE :) GENERALLY, I DO NOT LIKE SHADY DECEPTIVE PRACTICES OF ANY BUSINESS THAT RIPS OFF TRUSTING CONSUMERS!
