She has great knowledge of the area and house market and answered our many questions promptly and thoroughly. Faith came in and staged it--it looked so amazing we almost wanted to stay! A long overdue review. The Joy Erickson Team is by far the best group of realtors in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I sold my house with them a few years ago, not only did our house sell in 24 hours, we also got 17K over asking (pre pandemic). Then I used them to buy my next home. Such an easy transaction. No hiccups or issues at all. After closing Joy & Kim came to the house just to check on everything to make sure we were getting settled in. I have referred them to many people and they have all had the same experiences- flawless transactions. Now I am using them to look for a cabin in Wisconsin and a building for my business. They pay close attention to the specific needs we are requesting. The team also has referred their other clients to my furniture making business. Win Win for all. Oh did I mention that they are LGBTQ friendly
