Good place to live and responsive management

Overall, their Saint Albans property is a good place to live & the Wolkowicz's are decent people to rent from. Sometimes they rent to problem tenants, but they quickly get rid of them. Cameras were recently installed inside and on the parking lot, but none covering the front entrance. The added security is very nice. The Wolkowicz's are very quick to respond to repairs and problems are quickly fixed. There is an persistent mouse problem in most apartments but I'm just grateful it's not bugs & also an ongoing water problem with repairs often needed and water being shut off, but notice is always posted. I wish there was a clothes line outside instead of hanging laundry on the balcony. Also, there NO GRILLING allowed on the property. That really sucks, I havnt had anything off a grill in years. Just a heartfealt suggestion, playground equipment or swings would be really nice for the families that live here. Pay your rent on time, treat office staff, maintenance and neighbors with respect and you'll love living here.

Very rude . The last 2 years water being turned off, without notice. Turned off for over 3 hours on the day I was moving! Nothing fixed correctly. I would not recommend renting from them.
