Rude, demeaning ticket and gate employees. Unhelpful and not willing to reasonably help with any issues (issues that arise due to United flight schedule changes).

Playground in the corner is a bit advanced for my tykes but super cool fun rope ladders and such for older kids.

One of the most beautiful buildings I've ever been in. The marble of the exterior and the paintings on the interior are truly awe-inspiring.
