Fans of Sartre's "No Exit" will find themselves in familiar territory here: a place that makes the DMV look like an all-inclusive resort. (Wait. That's unfair to the DMV. I've never had such a miserable experience at any DMV.) Hour+ wait times, and that's just to get on the list to be seen; arbitrary, ball-parked appointment times; multi-hour wait times after that; rude, strung-out patients; not-quite-as-rude, but equally strung-out staff; music and television screaming in a tiny waiting room; and I even had to correct my lab tech on the date they were putting on my specimen labels. There were lots of apologies, but, looking at the reviews (which I should have done before showing up), this seems to be the norm here. If you are doomed to pay a visit to MedExpress Urgent Care in West Saint Paul, clear your schedule for the rest of the day and take a moment in the parking lot to pray for the patience of Job.

This place is a joke just like the reviews others have left, was told 3hr wait for a drug test, 3 staffers just sitting around doing nothing

They don't wanna provide the service, I already came several times, ask exactly at what time and date can I come for service and they still don't help me, I lost a job offer because the "doctor" is not there, he/she is never there.

Thank you for your quick response to my issue.
But because you sent me to the emergency room that day, there was an issue that I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT! I'm on limited Benifits and I was not called to make payment arrangements.
Instead y'all submitted a payment into my bank account and caused me an overdraft fee. Plus you got your money. YOU SHOULD AT LEAST CALL YOUR CLIENTS FIRST!!
I'm in the hole now and can't make my car payment.
I will never use your services again!!!

They treat the customers with racism They speak loudly They consider you an animal and they have no humanity to talk to the customer I decided not to come back to this place again
