The staff at Highland are caring, friendly, professional, and helpful. The health plan is good and comprehensive, well worth the cost. In health and at the end of life, they made my cats and me feel like we were important and valuable

We have all three of our cats on the wellness plan at Banfield, and weve had a great experience at this particular location. Recently, DJ had a flare up of a skin issue, and I sent a message through the 24/7 vet chat. Banfield Highland called me the next day and asked if I wanted to bring him in. When they saw they missed my call, they called me again and got him in same day! The vets spend a lot of time with you when you get a non-drop off appointment, and the staff is all super friendly.
The wellness plan allows for unlimited appointments and bloodwork, which gives me a lot of peace of mind that my boys are okay.

The vets were super helpful and nice. They explained everything thoroughly, and incase you didn't understand they can break down the information for you to understand.
