I had the exact same experience as Wade except I'm the mother who got ran over by a bus. Marso was bias and I lost everything because of her opinion and falsifying information. Wouldn't be surprised if other attorneys recommend her specifically in favor of their clients and Virginia or as the other party would call her "Ginny", gets a kickback (that's what appeared to be happening to my case). This woman needs to be debarred. I never seen such manipulation, Virginia had her mind made up prior to even meeting me. Aggressively raised her voice at me at McDonald's in St. Cloud with my children in the play center. I never stopped fighting either!

Working with Virginia Marso was really an eye opener experience. I had Virginia as a custody evaluator. She immediately sided with the other party even though she was to be objective. She was very rude, to me and to my wife at the time she was my girlfriend, confrontational and above all else arrogant as hell. Being a father who was fighting for his custody rights of his precious daughter having this woman as a evaluator was a disaster for my case (STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM VIRGINIA MARSO). For some reason virginia couldn't believe a male would ever want to be present in their childs life. I wasn't asking for a second chance or a third I was asking for my first. Once I got the message that this is a one sided battle and her review was finished I was right she threw me under the bus . The fight was on I found another evaluator not in St Cloud ( St Cloud step your game up if Virginia is the best you have to offer or the only custody evaluator in the area you guys are in trouble) to review Marso summary the new evaluator first words were, what did you do to this women? She hated you. I paid alot of money to just prove that a male can raise a child just as good as a women can if not better in some circumstance. Not to make a long story longer, keep fighting if you feel like you are being treated unfairly or your back is against the wall keep fighting never give up because of that attitude I now have sole custody of our child our child. Virginia Marso should have her title and statues revoked!!
